The mini fridge would make a loud sound every now and then. The water wasn't very hot for the shower, still warm just not to my liking of lava hot. The staff was very friendly, quick with responses, great English and very helpful. We had a problem with the key opening the office but he was helpful with getting us in. The room was very clean, the a/c worked great and felt very secure with the security gate.
Good hotel! What a super helpful and friendly gentleman running the front desk and whattsapp. Super nice and clean room. Place seems very updated. Only issue is there was no hot water :(
I've been to Playa del Carmen many times and this is by far my favorite place to stay. Juliano is very friendly and accommodating. He went out of his way to make my stay delightful and moved some things around so I could stay longer. I am headed back to PDC and will for sure be staying here again. Top notch service and a quality place to stay close enough to attractions
I've really enjoyed staying here. I extended my stay and the host was super helpful, letting me use the office to send a document. Pros- there are many ! The location is excellent - well connected and easy to get food delivered to , a taxi home or public transport . extra Location : collectivos | taxis | and an Oxxo / gas station all on 30th \ 38th (1blockwalk) Cute place to eat - birria, close + a health shop next door (morning fruit - hooray) The room is cosy and sweet, with everything that you need to survive. look at what you get for under 500 pesos a night. Room: large bed, private bathroom and little kitchen decent price Aircon , fan , TV (if you use one) + fridge Comfortable bed I was seeking a bit of peace and this was great - the WiFi is strong and reliable. The host is communicative and friendly , so are the guests it seems to attract It's reasonably quiet. It feels away from the street. Outdoor area is tastefully decorated with great wall art, cute swings and plants Some Notes for future - The pillows can be refreshed, soon hopefully - the room doesn't get too much natural light,ask if 5 is available (bottom right room) - more light - The environment can be made comfortable for chilling (right now the option is a barren rooftop or metal garden furniture. In the room it's plastic chairs.) Happy to return - although i might not recommend playa to my future self , I'm happy I stayed here for my last days !
I booked Hotel Playa Natural for my sister, and she hasn't been there yet, but the contact with the owner so far has been incredible! Giuliano Capoza is extremely polite and accommodating. I extremely recommend it!
We loved it! First time in Mexico, didnt know what to expect, it was perfect. 10 minutes from the beach, away from noises, free parking, few restaurants around the neighborhood. The owners are just so nice! Had a great time.
Cute little hotel with everything you need. If you need a quite place to stay away from the 5th Avenue party crowds, this is a good place to stay.
Well located and with a very nice staff. The room are basic but convenient and clean. Could not exoece more for this price, I recommend for anyone willing some comfort but no luxury at a good prixe
